Musnad Ahmad 1296:4

Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Amr ibn Dinar, from ‘Urwah ibn ‘Amir, from ‘Ubayd ibn Rifa’ah al-Zuraqi, who said: Asma’ said: "O Messenger of Allah, the children of Ja’far are afflicted by the evil eye, so should I seek ruqyah (incantation) for them?" He said: "Yes, for if anything were to precede the decree, the evil eye would have preceded it."
