From the Hadith of Asma bint Yazid (RA)
من حديث أسماء بنت يزيد
Hadith 1304:1
Sufyan narrated to us, [he said: Abdullah]: My father said: And it was read to Sufyan, I heard Ibn Abi Husayn, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from Asma bint Yazid. And Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Husayn, from Shahr, from Asma, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Do not combine hunger and lying."
حدثنا سفيان، [قال: عبد الله] : قال أبي: وقرئ على سفيان، سمعت ابن أبي حسين، عن شهر بن حوشب، عن أسماء بنت يزيد، وحدثنا سفيان، عن ابن أبي حسين، عن شهر، عن أسماء، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا تجمعن جوعا وكذبا "
