Musnad Ahmad 1119:21

'Ali ibn Bahr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Humayr al-Homsi narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim ibn Abi 'Ablah narrated to me, from al-Walid ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Jurashi, he said: Jubayr ibn Nufayr narrated to us, from 'Awf ibn Malik, that he said: While we were sitting with the Messenger of Allah one day, he looked toward the sky, then said: "This is the time when knowledge is to be raised." A man from the Ansar, called Ziyad ibn Labid, said to him: "Will knowledge be raised, O Messenger of Allah, while the Book of Allah is among us, and we have taught it to our children and our women?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I used to think you were among the most learned of the people of Medina." Then he mentioned the misguidance of the people of the two Books, even though they possessed what they possessed of the Book of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic. Jubayr ibn Nufayr met Shaddad ibn Aws at the prayer ground, and he narrated this hadith to him from 'Awf ibn Malik. He said: "'Awf spoke the truth." Then he said: "Do you know what the raising of knowledge is?" I said: "I do not know." He said: "The departure of its vessels." He said: "Do you know which knowledge will be the first to be raised?" I said: "I do not know." He said: "Khushu' (humility/reverence), until you will hardly see anyone who is humble."
