Musnad Ahmad 288:17

Husayn ibn Ali al-Ju'fi narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid ibn Jabir narrated to us, from Abu al-Ash'ath al-San'ani, from Aws ibn Aws, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever performs ghusl (washes his head and body) and bathes (others), and goes early, and arrives early, and draws near, and listens attentively, and does not engage in idle talk, then for every step he takes, he will have the reward of a year of fasting and praying its nights."
