Musnad Ahmad 288:21

Al-Hakam ibn Nafi’ narrated to us, he said: Isma’il ibn ‘Ayyash narrated to us, from Rashid ibn Dawud al-San’ani, from Abu al-Ash’ath al-San’ani, from Aws ibn Aws al-Thaqafi, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever performs ghusl on the day of Jumu’ah, and washes, then goes early, and sets out to the mosque, then sits close to the Imam until he listens, he shall have for every step he took the reward of a year’s deeds, its fasting and its standing in prayer."
