Musnad Ahmad 288:6

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, from 'Umar ibn Muhammad, from Sa'id ibn Abi Hilal, from Muhammad ibn Sa'id, from Aws ibn Aws, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "If it is the day of Friday, and one of you washes his head and performs ghusl (full ritual bath), then goes early or sets out early, then draws near and listens and remains silent, he shall have for every step he took the reward of fasting a year and praying [at night] for a year."
