Musnad Ahmad 438:1

Husayn ibn Ali al-Ju'fi said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid ibn Jabir narrated to us, from Abu al-Ash'ath al-San'ani, from Aws ibn Aws, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever performs ghusl and causes ghusl to be performed, and sets out early and arrives early, and draws near and listens attentively and does not engage in idle talk, for every step he takes, he will have the reward of a year, its fasting and its standing in prayer."
