Musnad Ahmad 792:17

Yazid narrated to us, Bahz bin Hakim informed us, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "No man comes to his master (or patron) and asks him for some surplus that he has, and he withholds it from him, but that a bald-headed serpent (shuja') will be summoned for him on the Day of Resurrection, licking its lips, [seeking] the surplus that he withheld from him."
