Musnad Ahmad 955:5

Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us, Ubayd Allah ibn Iyad ibn Laqit al-Shaybani narrated to us, from his father, from Layla, the wife of Bashir ibn al-Khasasiyah, from Bashir, who said: He had come to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He said: "His name was Zahm, so the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, named him Bashir."
