Hadith 888:2
Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from Harun ibn Ri'ab, from Ibn al-Shikhkhir, from a man from Banu Uqaysh, who said: He had with him the book of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He said: "Fasting three days of the month removes the rancor of the chest."
حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة، عن هارون بن رئاب، عن ابن الشخير، عن رجل من بني أقيش، قال: معه كتاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " صيام ثلاثة أيام من الشهر يذهبن وحر الصدر "
