Hadith 1115:32
Abu Qatan narrated to us, he said: A man mentioned to Shu’bah: Al-Hakam, from Ibn Abi Layla, from Bilal: "So he commanded me to perform the *tathwib* (calling 'as-salatu khayrun min an-nawm') in the dawn prayer, and he forbade me from it in the night prayer." Shu’bah said: "By Allah, Ibn Abi Layla did not mention it, nor did he mention anything except a weak chain of narration." He said: I think Shu’bah said: "I used to think he narrated it from ‘Imran bin Muslim."
