Musnad Ahmad 1017:10

Al-Khuza'i—who is Abu Salamah—narrated to us, Sharik informed us, from Abu Bakr ibn Ahmar—his name is Jibril—from Ibn Buraydah, from his father, who said: A man from Azd died and did not leave behind an heir. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Seek an heir for him. Seek a relative for him." He said: None was found. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Give it to the eldest of Khuza'ah."
