Musnad Ahmad 1017:46

Waki' narrated to us, al-Walid ibn Tha'labah al-Ta'i narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Buraydah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "He is not one of us who swears by the trust (al-amanah). And whoever incites a man's wife or his slave against him, he is not one of us."
