Zayd, who is Ibn al-Hubab, narrated to us, saying: Husayn ibn Waqid narrated to me, saying: ‘Abdullah ibn Buraydah narrated to me, from his father, who said: Gabriel was delayed from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so he said to him: "What delayed you?" He said: "We do not enter a house in which there is a dog."
