Musnad Ahmad 1017:60

Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, Husayn ibn Waqid narrated to me, Abdullah ibn Buraydah narrated to me, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to recite in the Isha prayer "By the sun and its brightness" (Surah Ash-Shams) and similar surahs.
