Hadith 1249:1

Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Hazm narrated to us, he said: I heard 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr narrating to my father, he said: Marwan discussed with me the touching of the penis. I said: "There is no ablution in it." He said: "Indeed, Busrah bint Safwan narrates regarding it." So he sent a messenger to her, and the messenger mentioned that she narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Whoever touches his penis, let him perform ablution."
