Hadith 1249:3

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Hisham, who said: My father narrated to me, that Busrah bint Safwan informed him, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever touches his private part, let him not pray until he performs ablution."
