Hadith of Durrah bint Abi Lahab (RA)

Hadith 1278:1

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Sharik informed us, from Simak, from Abdullah ibn Umayrah, from Durrah bint Abi Lahab, who said: I was with Aisha when the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, entered and said: "Bring me water for ablution." She said: Aisha and I rushed toward the pitcher, and I beat her to it and took it. He performed ablution, then raised his gaze toward me, or his eyes toward me, and said: "You are from me, and I am from you." She said: Then a man was brought, and he said: "I did not do it; it was only said to me." She said: He had asked him on the pulpit, "Who is the best of people?" He replied: "The most learned of them in the religion of Allah, and the most dutiful of them to his kinship." Sharik mentioned two other things in it which I did not memorize.
