And from the Hadith of Fatimah bint Qais, sister of Ad-Dahhak bin Qais (RA)

ومن حديث فاطمة بنت قيس أخت الضحاك بن قيس

Hadith 1255:10

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, he said: Al-Hasan—meaning Ibn Salih—narrated to us, from Al-Suddi, from Al-Bahiy, from Fatimah bint Qays, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), that he "did not grant her housing nor maintenance." Hasan said: Al-Suddi said: I mentioned that to Ibrahim and Al-Sha'bi, and they both said: Umar said: "We will not believe Fatimah regarding her having housing and maintenance."

حدثنا أسود بن عامر، قال: حدثنا الحسن يعني ابن صالح، عن السدي، عن البهي، عن فاطمة بنت قيس، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، أنه " لم يجعل لها سكنى ولا نفقة "، قال حسن: قال السدي: فذكرت ذلك لإبراهيم، والشعبي، فقالا: قال عمر: " لا نصدق فاطمة لها السكنى والنفقة " . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
