Musnad Ahmad 1255:13

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, he said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Abu Bakr ibn Abi al-Jahm, who said: I and Abu Salamah entered upon Fatimah bint Qays. She said: My husband divorced me and did not provide me with housing or maintenance. She said: And he placed for me ten qafiz [measures] with a cousin of his: five of barley and five of dates. She said: So I came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and I mentioned that to him. She said: He said, "He spoke the truth." Then he ordered me to observe my waiting period in the house of so-and-so. He said: And he had divorced her with an irrevocable divorce.
