Musnad Ahmad 1255:22

Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Al-Layth—meaning Ibn Sa’d—narrated to us, he said: ‘Uqayl ibn Khalid narrated to me, from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Salamah ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman, from Fatimah bint Qays, that she informed him that she was under [the marriage of] Abu ‘Amr ibn Hafs ibn al-Mughirah, and he divorced her the final of three divorces. She claimed that she came to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and sought his legal opinion regarding her leaving her house. He ordered her to move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, the blind man. Marwan refused to believe the hadith of Fatimah regarding the divorced woman leaving her house. And ‘Urwah said: ‘Aishah denied that [ruling] upon Fatimah bint Qays.
