Musnad Ahmad 1255:25

'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, he said: Mujalid narrated to us, from al-Sha'bi, he said: Fatimah bint Qays narrated to me, she said: My husband divorced me three times. So I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he did not grant me housing nor maintenance, and he said: "Housing and maintenance are only for the one whose husband has the right to return to her." And he ordered her to observe her waiting period ('iddah) at the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, the blind man.
