Musnad Ahmad 1255:27

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: Ammar ibn Ruzayq narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq—meaning al-Subay'i—from al-Sha'bi, from Fatimah bint Qays, she said: My husband divorced me three times, so I wanted to move. I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he said: "Move to the house of your cousin, Amr ibn Umm Maktum, and observe your waiting period ('iddah) with him."
