Rawh narrated to us, he said: Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, he said: Ibn Shihab informed me, from Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman, that Fatimah bint Qays informed him that she was under the marriage of Abu Amr ibn Hafs ibn al-Mughirah, and he divorced her the last of three divorces. She claimed that she came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and asked his legal opinion regarding her leaving her house. "So he ordered her to move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, the blind man." Marwan refused to accept anything but to cast doubt upon the hadith of Fatimah regarding the divorced woman leaving her house. And Urwah claimed, he said: Aisha denied that regarding Fatimah.
