Musnad Ahmad 483:1

Waki’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, and ‘Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Yazid ibn Yazid ibn Jabir, from Makhul, from Zayd ibn Jariyah, from Habib ibn Maslamah—‘Abd al-Razzaq said: "Al-Tamimi," meaning Zayd ibn Jariyah—from Habib ibn Maslamah al-Fihri: "That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would grant the third after the fifth [as an extra share of spoils of war]."
