Musnad Ahmad 483:8

Abu al-Mughirah narrated to us, Sa'id ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz narrated to us, Sulayman ibn Musa narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Jariyah, from Habib ibn Maslamah, who said: "I witnessed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, grant a fourth [of the spoils] as an extra reward after the fifth [the khums] in the initial advance, and a third in the return." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: I heard my father say: "There is no man in al-Sham with more authentic hadith than Sa'id ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz," meaning al-Tanukhi.
