حديث حكيم بن حزام، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 125:7
Waki' narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Shu'aythi narrated to us, from al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Madani, from Hakim ibn Hizam, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Prescribed punishments (hudud) are not to be established in mosques, and retaliation (qisas) is not to be carried out in them."
