Hadith 427:1
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: 'Amr ibn Dinar informed us that he heard Tawus reporting from Ibn 'Abbas, from 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that he inquired about the judgment of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) regarding that. Then Hamal ibn Malik ibn al-Nabigha came and said: "I was between two of my wives, and one of them struck the other with a tent pole, killing her and her fetus." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) judged regarding her fetus with a *ghurra* (a slave) and that she (the killer) be killed for her (the victim). I said to 'Amr: "Did he not inform me about his father with such and such?" He said: "You have made me doubt."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق، قال: أخبرنا ابن جريج، قال: أخبرنا عمرو بن دينار، أنه سمع طاوسا، يخبر عن ابن عباس، عن عمر رضي الله عنه أنه نشد قضاء رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في ذلك، فجاء حمل بن مالك بن النابغة، فقال: كنت بين بيتي امرأتي فضربت إحداهما الأخرى بمسطح، فقتلتها وجنينها، " فقضى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في جنينها بغرة وأن تقتل بها " قلت لعمرو: " لا أخبرني عن أبيه بكذا وكذا قال: لقد شككتني "
