Musnad Ahmad 36:5

'Uthman ibn 'Umar narrated to us, he said: Yunus informed us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, that it reached him that 'Iyad ibn Ghanam saw some Nabataeans being exposed to the sun for the jizyah. He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: 'Indeed, Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, will punish those who punish people in this world.'"
