Hadith of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)

حديث حذيفة بن اليمان (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Hadith 1034:104

'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I asked Sulayman, and he narrated to me, from Sa'd ibn 'Ubaydah, from al-Mustawrid, from Silah ibn Zufar, from Hudhayfah, that he prayed with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He would say in his bowing (ruku'): "Glory be to my Lord, the Almighty" (Subhana Rabbi al-'Azim), and in his prostration (sujud): "Glory be to my Lord, the Most High" (Subhana Rabbi al-A'la). And he did not pass by a verse of mercy except that he stopped and asked, and he did not pass by a verse of punishment except that he sought refuge.
