Musnad Ahmad 1034:133

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from al-Hakam, who said: I heard Ibn Abi Layla narrating that Hudhayfah asked for a drink, and a man brought him a vessel of silver, so he threw it at him. And he said: "I had forbidden him, but he refused to desist. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade us from drinking in vessels of gold and silver, and from wearing silk and brocade." And he said: "It is for them in this world, and for you in the Hereafter."
