Hadith of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)

Hadith 1034:134

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, from Abu Hamzah, a man from the Ansar, from a man from Banu 'Abs, from Hudhayfah, that he prayed with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) at night. When he entered into the prayer, he said: "Allah is the Greatest, the Possessor of the Kingdom, the Power, the Pride, and the Greatness." He said: Then he recited Al-Baqarah. Then he bowed, and his bowing was similar to his standing, and he was saying: "Glory be to my Lord, the Magnificent; Glory be to my Lord, the Magnificent." Then he raised his head, and his standing was similar to his bowing, and he was saying: "To my Lord is the praise, to my Lord is the praise." Then he prostrated, and his prostration was similar to his standing, and he was saying: "Glory be to my Lord, the Most High; Glory be to my Lord, the Most High." Then he raised his head, and the time between the two prostrations was similar to the prostration, and he was saying: "My Lord, forgive me; My Lord, forgive me." He said: Until he recited Al-Baqarah, Al-'Imran, An-Nisa', Al-Ma'idah, and Al-An'am. (Shu'bah is the one who is doubtful about Al-Ma'idah and Al-An'am).
