Mu'ammal narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz—meaning Ibn Muslim—narrated to us, Husayn narrated to us, from Abu Wa'il, from Hudhayfah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Groups of people will certainly come to me at the Basin (al-Hawd). When I see them, they will be snatched away from me. I will say: 'O my Lord, my companions! My companions!' It will be said: 'Indeed, you do not know what they innovated after you.'"
