Hadith of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث حذيفة بن اليمان (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 1034:161
Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from Muslim ibn Nadhir, from Hudhayfah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) took hold of the muscle of my calf and said: "This is the place for the lower garment (izar). If you refuse, then lower than that. If you refuse, then the lower garment has no right to be at the ankles."
حدثنا وكيع، عن سفيان، عن أبي إسحاق، عن مسلم بن نذير، عن حذيفة قال: أخذ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعضلة ساقي فقال: " هذا موضع الإزار، فإن أبيت فأسفل من ذلك، فإن أبيت فلا حق للإزار في الكعبين "
