'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibrahim ibn al-Muhajir, from Rib'i ibn Hirash, who said: "He who does not lie to me narrated to me." And when he said, "He who does not lie to me narrated to me," we believed he meant Hudhayfah. He said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) met Gabriel at the stones of al-Mira'. He said: 'Indeed, among your nation are the weak, so whoever recites in one dialect, let him not change from it to another out of aversion to it.'"
