Musnad Ahmad 1034:208

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, 'Ali ibn Zayd narrated to us, from al-Yashkuri, from Hudhayfah, who said: I said, "O Messenger of Allah, is there any evil after this good, just as there was evil before it?" He said, "O Hudhayfah, read the Book of Allah and act upon what is in it." He turned away from me, so I repeated it to him three times, and I knew that if it were good, I would follow it, and if it were evil, I would avoid it. So I said, "Is there any evil after this good?" He said, "Yes, a blind and deaf tribulation, and callers to misguidance at the gates of Hell; whoever answers them, they will cast him into it."
