Musnad Ahmad 1034:21

Isma'il narrated to us, from Yunus, from Humayd ibn Hilal, or from someone else, from Rib'i ibn Hirash, from Hudhayfah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "There will be rulers who lie and commit injustice. Whoever believes their lies and assists them in their injustice, he is not of me, and I am not of him, and he shall not come to me at the Basin (al-Hawd). And whoever does not believe their lies and does not assist them in their injustice, he is of me, and I am of him, and he shall come to me at the Basin."
