Hadith of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث حذيفة بن اليمان (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 1034:4
Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Muslim ibn Nadhir, from Hudhayfah: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took hold of the muscle of my calf—or his calf—and said: "This is the place for the lower garment (izar). If you refuse, then lower; and if you refuse, then there is no right for the lower garment below the two ankles."
حدثنا سفيان، عن أبي إسحاق، عن مسلم بن نذير، عن حذيفة، أخذ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعضلة ساقي أو ساقه قال: " هذا موضع الإزار، فإن أبيت فأسفل، فإن أبيت فلا حق للإزار فيما دون الكعبين "
