Hadith of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث حذيفة بن اليمان (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 1034:70
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Hammam, from Hudhayfah, who said: A man used to bring reports to 'Uthman from Hudhayfah. Hudhayfah said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "The qattat (tale-bearer) will not enter Paradise," meaning: the nammam (slanderer).
حدثنا عبد الرزاق، أخبرنا سفيان، عن منصور، عن إبراهيم، عن همام، عن حذيفة قال: كان رجل يرفع إلى عثمان الأحاديث من حذيفة، قال حذيفة: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " لا يدخل الجنة قتات "، يعني: نماما
