Hadith of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)

حديث حذيفة بن اليمان (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم

Hadith 1034:77

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Zirr, from Hudhayfah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The distance of my Basin is like the distance between Ayla and Mudar. Its vessels are more numerous—or he said: like the number of the stars of the sky. Its water is sweeter than honey, whiter than milk, colder than snow, and more fragrant than musk. Whoever drinks from it will never thirst after it."

حدثنا عبد الصمد، حدثنا حماد، عن عاصم، عن زر، عن حذيفة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " بين حوضي كما بين أيلة ومضر آنيته أكثر، أو قال: مثل عدد نجوم السماء، ماؤه أحلى من العسل، وأشد بياضا من اللبن، وأبرد من الثلج، وأطيب ريحا من المسك، من شرب منه لم يظمأ بعده "،
