Musnad Ahmad 471:1

Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Amr—meaning Ibn Dinar—from ‘Amr ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Safwan, from Yazid ibn Shayban, who said: Ibn Mirba‘ al-Ansari came to us while we were in a place at the station (al-Mawqif) that was far away. He said: "I am the messenger of the Messenger of Allah to you. He says: 'Remain upon these rituals (mashā‘ir) of yours, for you are upon a legacy from the legacy of Ibrahim.'" ‘Amr mentioned the place of his distance.
