Musnad Ahmad 515:1
Hadith of ‘Ikrimah ibn Khalid al-Makhzumi, from his father, or from his paternal uncle, from his grandfather (RA).
حديث عكرمة بن خالد المخزومي، عن أبيه، أوعن عمه، عن جده
Hadith 515:1
'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hammad—meaning Ibn Salamah—narrated to us, from 'Ikrimah ibn Khalid, from his father, or from his paternal uncle, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said during the expedition of Tabuk: "If the plague is in a land and you are in it, do not depart from it. And if it is in a land and you are not in it, do not approach it."
حدثنا عبد الصمد، حدثنا حماد يعني ابن سلمة، عن عكرمة بن خالد، عن أبيه، أو عن عمه، عن جده، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال في غزوة تبوك: " إذا كان الطاعون بأرض وأنتم بها، فلا تخرجوا عنها، وإذا كان بأرض ولستم بها، فلا تقربوها "
