Musnad Ahmad 790:102

Yazid narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah informed us, from Abu al-Tayyah al-Dab'i, from Mutarrif, from Imran ibn Husayn, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The fewest of the inhabitants of Paradise are women."
