Musnad Ahmad 790:129

Muhammad ibn Abdullah narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Khaythama, from al-Hasan, from Imran ibn Husayn, who said: He passed by a storyteller who recited [the Quran], then asked [for money]. He then said, "Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un" (To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return), and said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Whoever reads the Quran, let him ask Allah by it, for there will soon come a people who read the Quran and ask the people by it."
