Musnad Ahmad 790:169

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hajib ibn 'Umar Abu Khushaynah al-Thaqafi narrated to us, al-Hakam ibn al-A'raj narrated to us, from 'Imran ibn Husayn, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Seventy thousand of my Ummah will enter Paradise without reckoning." He said: "Who are they, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "They are those who do not ask for Ruqyah, do not cauterize themselves, do not practice augury (Tiyarah), and upon their Lord they rely."
