Musnad Ahmad 790:172

'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, Humayd informed us, from al-Hasan, from 'Imran ibn Husayn, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no *jalab* (bringing animals for sale from afar to a market to sell them at a higher price), nor *janab* (the tax collector staying away from the people's homes to collect charity), nor *shighar* (a type of marriage where a man gives his daughter in marriage to another man on the condition that the other man gives his daughter to him in marriage, without a dowry) in Islam. And whoever plunders a plunder is not of us."
