Musnad Ahmad 790:187

'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abi al-Malih al-Hudhali narrated to us, a man from the tribe narrated to me, that Ya'la ibn Suhayl passed by 'Imran ibn Husayn and he said to him: "O Ya'la, have I not been informed that you sold your house for one hundred thousand?" He said: "Yes, I have sold it for one hundred thousand." He said: "For I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: 'Whoever sells a property of wealth, Allah the Almighty and Majestic will empower a destruction over it that will destroy it.'"
