Hadith 790:22
Hajjaj narrated to us, Shu'bah informed us, he said: I heard Abu Jamrah saying: Zahdam came to me in my house and narrated to me, he said: I heard Imran ibn Husayn narrating that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, the best of you is my generation." Then he mentioned the like of it, except that he said: "And they will betray and will not be trusted."
حدثنا حجاج، أخبرنا شعبة قال: سمعت أبا جمرة يقول: جاءني زهدم في داري فحدثني قال: سمعت عمران بن حصين يحدث، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إن خيركم قرني "، فذكر مثله إلا أنه قال: " ويخونون ولا يؤتمنون "
