Hadith 790:92
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Shu'bah, Abu Jamrah narrated to me, Zahdam ibn Mudarrib narrated to me, he said: I heard Imran ibn Husayn saying: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The best of you is my generation, then those who follow them, then those who follow them." I do not know if he said it twice or three times. "Then there will come, or there shall arrive, after you a people who make vows but do not fulfill them, and they betray and are not trusted, and they bear witness without being asked to bear witness, and obesity will spread among them."
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد، عن شعبة، حدثني أبو جمرة، حدثني زهدم بن مضرب، قال: سمعت عمران بن حصين يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " خيركم قرني، ثم الذين يلونهم، ثم الذين يلونهم، لا أدري مرتين أو ثلاثة، ثم يأتي، أو يجيء، بعدكم قوم ينذرون فلا يوفون، ويخونون ولا يتمنون، ويشهدون ولا يستشهدون، ويفشو فيهم السمن "
