Hadith 790:98
Yazid narrated to us, Hisham informed us, from Muhammad, from Imran ibn Husayn, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever swears a false oath intentionally, while being persistent in it, let him take his seat in the Fire."
حدثنا يزيد، أخبرنا هشام، عن محمد، عن عمران بن حصين، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من حلف على يمين كاذبة مصبورة متعمدا فليتبوأ بوجهه مقعده من النار "
